This week we are working on New Year resolutions and goals. The children worked hard yesterday to come up with goals that were attainable for them. We also discussed what a "Non-Negotiable" was in our classroom to start our year off right and have posted them in the room to be reminded everyday what those are. Some examples are "Try Something Once Before Giving Up" and "Take Pride in all your Work" We laughed about how such things as "brushing your teeth" is a non-negotiable at home!Our spelling words for the week are: caught, little, your, you're and clock
In Math, we will continue to work on Geometry: 2D and 3D shapes and will aim to have a quiz towards the end of next week.
In Science, we continue to work on Forces and Motion.
